Digital Marketing Specialist – Job Description
- The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies that align with broader corporate and brand objectives
- This position aims to enhance bank's digital presence and contribute to customer acquisition and retention efforts
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing, the specialist will collaborate with various Line of Business (LOB) teams to maximize online opportunities and ensure business needs are met
- The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing strategies and tactical plans under the guidance of the Senior Manager
- Key responsibilities include collaborating with LOB groups to align programs with digital enterprise metrics, developing strategic plans for acquiring and retaining online customers, and measuring project and campaign performance
- The specialist will also work closely with internal teams to create initiatives that meet customer retention or acquisition metrics and ensure web representation aligns with product and marketing needs
