Leadership Development Associate Program

“Create delicious moments of joy”! Applications are now being accepted for the Mondelēz International Leadership Development Associate Program, an in depth accelerated learning program designed to prepare future leaders in Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
Participants in the program rotate through a wide range of foundational experiences designed to build business acumen. Through a combination of diverse rotational assignments and formal training, they are sponsored by a strong network of senior leaders, strong mentors, and advocates. Through these dynamic experiences and relationships, participants will hone their leadership capabilities and analytical skills to become a vital member of this world-class organization.
By participating in the program, the Leadership Development Associate will:
- Gain functional experience across Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
- Build a strong development & formal career plan with guidance and support.
- Gain an understanding of key business measures including volume, share, pricing, distribution, and promotional activity
- Build a strong network of supporters, along with exposure and networking opportunities with senior leaders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Commerce, Engineering or Business
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Adaptable and open to change
- Creativity and idea leadership
- Ability to work individually/within a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to deal with complexity
- Strong drive for results
- Highly motivated, self-starter
Work schedule: Business hours, Monday - Friday
