SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR AND CLIENT LIASON
PROJECT EXECUTION
You will balance day to day project management activities on site and in the office while managing longer term priorities. Managing budgets and ensuring all aspects of the drawings are captured in the budget are key. Thoughtful suggestions on improving drawings or reducing costs is something you take in while taking full ownership of the projects through to the completion. You are an expert at resolving issues when they arise through a collaborative approach and ensures the trades deliver to the quality and standards that our clients expect and being a front facing partner with our clients.
SHEDULING & PLANNING
You have a knack in knowing where everyone is at all times. Your skills in site supervision are not only reactive but proactive in trying to continuously improve processes to reduce the chance that future issues don’t cause problems after the first occurrence. This position will work closely with the management team when looking at our upcoming jobs/schedules on a weekly basis to help identify and get ahead of scheduling issues before they arise.
PROCESS DOCUMENTS & REPORTING
You are as meticulous with paperwork as you are fluid when managing jobs. With a highly qualified team around you, you will lead the charge on kick off materials and onboarding processes as well as ensuring that all trades provide updated insurance and licensing before stepping onto any job site. At the end of each job, you enjoy curating a professional closeout document set that will sit like a trophy on your shelf as they accumulate over the years. Building each project/win into our social media strategy is fun for you and a perfect project is only perfect after the marketplaces knows what we accomplished.
HEALTH & SAFETY
As a health and safety advocate, you will ensure that all safety protocols are set up before each project begins. Giving guidance and enforcing compliance to all people that are on site and all times with any issue being updated immediately to management. With health and safety all items are material, and we work as a team to ensure we have the safest job sites. If there is room to improve, then you’ll be the champion of those improvements.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Delivering sold work on job sites that result in the landlords being able to lease out their spaces quickly gives us the opportunity to grow with that client. In this role your will become an internal partner of our clients and will have the ability to influence and guide them in a manner that is consistent with our corporate philosophy – which is add insights and help kindly where you can, which will result in new work and additional jobs. Checking in on sites ever after they are completed is an important role and a business development opportunity.
OTHER
- Professional and collaborative communication at all times with the design team, consultants, clients, trades, etc.
- Other duties within the scope and purpose of the job and as requested by the Sr. Project Manager or Management Team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
