Construction company looking for part-time in office bookkeeper. (1-2 days a week)
Main duties would include:
Prepare journal entries, reconcile bank & credit card account statements
Accounts Payable & Cheque Runs
Payroll
GST Remittance
Scheduling
Budgeting
Qualifications:
A certificate or diploma in bookkeeping or accounting
Proficiency in QuickBooks online and Microsoft Excel
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices
Familiarity with CRA online account practices
Experience with excel for Budgeting and Scheduling
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
