Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Door-to-Door and Kiosk Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and promoting our products and services through direct sales at customers' doorsteps and at kiosk locations. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Door-to-Door Sales:
- Approach and engage with potential customers in assigned neighbourhoods to present and promote company products and services.
- Identify customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and close sales by offering compelling value propositions.
- Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, sales activities, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
Kiosk Sales & Promotion:
- Operate and manage kiosks at designated locations (e.g., malls, events, public areas) to engage walk-in customers and promote products/services.
- Demonstrate products, answer customer questions, and handle sales transactions at the kiosk.
- Monitor kiosk performance and provide feedback to improve product placement and customer engagement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with both the product and their overall experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting:
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Report daily activities, sales performance, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role (experience in kiosk sales is a plus).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and close sales.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in various public settings (for door-to-door and kiosk positions).
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of CRM software.
- Preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for door-to-door sales).
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
