Job Overview
The social media and community engagement specialist is a creative social media enthusiast who will develop, propose, and implement strategies to grow and engage our online community on the social channels Remedy Brands Inc. has a presence. Our dermatologist-developed skincare brand, Riversol, will be the focus. You are responsible for understanding our audience, reflecting on our brand, managing all our social media platforms, creating content, and interacting with our audience to build brand awareness and loyalty. You will also monitor social media trends and provide insights to increase our digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, develop and implement quarterly strategies for our social channels driven by the marketing and promotions schedule.
● Maintain a social media calendar for all platforms.
● Accelerate channel growth and engagement on our social media channels, focusing on the Facebook page and Facebook community group.
● Engage with our Facebook community by responding to messages, commenting in a timely manner, and sharing content.
● Collaborate with the graphics team and marketing team to facilitate the production of original social content and guarantee brand position and consistency.
● Assist in influencer outreach, seeding, gifting and shipping needs.
● Capture behind-the-scenes content during photoshoots.
● Organize and schedule giveaways by contacting brands and creating assets.
● Monitor and analyze the public perception of the Riversol brand through social listening.
● Report analytics and success metrics for all social media campaigns and posts, monitor campaign performance and offer recommendations.
● Maintain a professional company presence on Bing Business, Google Business and LinkedIn.
● Maintain products on the Shop app, Instagram shop and Facebook shop.

● Ability to create photos and videos and comfortable being on camera.

Experience/Qualifications
● 1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts, content creation, or community engagement
● Detail-oriented with a proven ability to multitask, prioritize competing requests and attach levels of importance
● Understanding of social media metrics.
● Staying updated on the latest trends in social media and education to keep our content fresh and relevant.
● Excellent verbal communication skills.
Education
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
