Job Description & Summary
A career in Marketing within our larger Marketing, Communications & Sales team will provide you with the opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long-term revenue growth for the firm. You’ll focus on designing, developing, and implementing marketing campaigns and events to promote and sell PwC’s brand and services as well as contribute to and evaluate our impact in the marketplace.
The Marketing Specialist, Employer Brand and Talent will provide support in the areas of marketing campaigns, execution on marketing plans, internal and external communications, brand awareness initiatives, database management, project management, marketing metrics, client-facing events, and other market-positioning activities.

As a Marketing Specialist, Employer Brand and Talent Marketing, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve business issues, deliver high quality client service and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Pre-campaign preparation:
- Support the Manager in developing the annual marketing plan, which includes goal setting, content strategy, tactic planning, budgeting, etc.
- Learn and understand client issues and business needs and apply this understanding to campaign targeting and segmentation.
- Brief internal teams and vendors on upcoming campaigns and projects.
Campaign execution:
- Collaborates with the social team on key messages for social media paid and social hub and support with filming and content creation for social media tactics, as needed.
- Create email campaigns to nurture our talent community.
- Create, review, and edit marketing materials to ensure content produced is of high quality, with consistent use of PwC guidelines.
- Collaborates with our cross functional team on all deliverables and deadlines related to careers website.
- Establish yourself as a point of contact with the media agency and deliver assets and traffic sheet.
- Support our cross functional team (design, digital and communications) to plan, execute integrated marketing campaigns and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Proactively raises issues that impact performance and brand.
- Drafts internal communications including campaign launch emails to all recruitment teams.
- Liaise with translation team to ensure FR compliance, as well as with QC based marketers for review and approval of any French content.
- Responsible for writing copy for all employer brand and talent marketing materials.
Post-campaign activities:
- Process and track the payment of invoices to ensure vendor payments meet all deadlines.
- Contributes to insight discussions, end-of-phase/end-of-campaign reporting.
- Understands data flows, inputs and how campaign performance is measured.
- Ensures accuracy and completion of all inputs for measurement including naming conventions, trackable links, Phenom campaign reports, campaign URL trackers.
DEIB portfolio:
- Manages execution of D&I media buying and shares any relevant briefs with key stakeholders.
- Supports D&I portfolio working closely with Social Team to effectively build all external campaigns.
- Collaborates with our cross functional team on all deliverables and deadlines related to the D&I webpage.
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
- B2B marketing experience, preferred in a professional services firm
- Experience with employer brand or talent/recruitment marketing
- Self-starter who can work well within a local and national team, and excels in a fast-paced, corporate environment.
- Working experience with email marketing campaigns and CRM is an asset
- Demonstrates commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives.
- Uses a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current industry or sector trends.
- Uses straightforward communication, in a structured way, when influencing and connecting with others.
- Navigates situations and modifies behavior to build quality relationships.
