The opportunity
- Preparing and developing architectural and engineering drawings, models, sketches, and other documents within a Building Information Modelling (BIM) focused environment
- Help handle in-coming and out-going model and drawing information
- Co-ordinating work with other teams
- Address problems that arise in a constantly changing project environment
- Working directly with engineering colleagues and other specialists
- Ensure accurate Quality Assurance/Quality Control protocols are implemented
- Develop software skills vital to be successful in their project assignments
- Project and team administrative duties

Required
- Currently enrolled/have acquired a Certification in BIM Management
- Currently enrolled in a diploma program in an Architectural Technology or equivalent in the built environment
- Students with a Portfolio will be prioritized
- Experience in Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Knowledge of coordination tools: Navisworks, Revisto
- Knowledge of collaboration tools: ACC, SharePoint, ProjectWise
- Candidate must be eligible to work in Canada without the need for employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future
Preferred
- Student actively enrolled within co-operative learning program at their respective University or College
- Knowledge in Dynamo, Rhino, Grasshopper, and other programming tool is an asset.
- Knowledge of Digital Projects, Tekla
- Knowledge of ISO19650
- Previous experience in the AEC industry

Toronto & Calgary Hiring Range – The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Toronto & Calgary is $21.00 to $33.00 per hour.
This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary. Please note hiring ranges for candidates performing work outside of Toronto & Calgary will differ.
