With our team expanding rapidly in British Columbia, we seek an ambitious and organized B2B Associate to join our team in Vancouver. As a hub for our B2B sales team, we are dedicated to empower businesses to exceed their sales objectives through tailored design, compelling content, and strategic marketing initiatives.
What you can expect:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with business clients, understanding their unique requirements and proposing customized solutions offered by the clients we represent.
- Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to identify new business opportunities and promote products and services to small to medium-sized companies.
- Arrange and conduct in-person meetings with prospective clients, showcasing the value propositions of our clients offerings.
- Daily coaching sessions with the Campaign Manager to support growth and development, as well as develop a funnel strategy
- Sell a full suite of telecommunication products to small, medium, and enterprise businesses
- Identify and analyze clients’ business requirements
- Employ a consultative, needs-based sales approach to provide solutions to customers, negotiate and close new business revenue
- Obtain and provide local market intelligence and feedback to management
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting
- Submit sales orders promptly for input into our database
- Bonus Pay + Uncapped Commissions Weekly
What we're looking for:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in telecommunications
- Demonstrated successful outbound or inbound sales (personally and/or leading a team), driving top-line results
- Dynamic personality and results-driven
- Ability to build solid relationships and rapport
- Ability to adapt, innovate, and manage expectations in a rapidly changing industry
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
- Works well independently, and holds oneself accountable for individual and team performance
