Job Overview
Hypercare is seeking a self motivated, energetic people-person to join our growing Sales team as Business Development Representative in the exciting and rewarding world of healthcare technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads through outbound activities such as phone calls, email campaigns, social media, and managing communication with inbound leads.
BDR Activities And Responsibilities Include The Following
- Seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.
- Identify, prioritize, and organize leads for the sales pipeline by qualifying leads generated by marketing campaigns, website signups, social media, and outbound cold call and email activities.
- Presenting the Hypercare value proposition to potential clients.
- Mining dormant accounts to convert to active accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records by updating the CRM database (Salesforce).
- Research prospective clients and running various reports as required.

In addition to helping build the sales pipeline and increasing the Hypercare brand awareness, the Business Development Representative can truly make a positive impact in the Canadian and USA healthcare landscape by helping clinicians save time, improve operational efficiencies, and ultimately deliver better patient outcomes.
Full Compensation Package
- Salary (CAD): $50,000 Base + $20,000 OTE (not capped)
