Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Medical Editor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear, compelling, and scientifically accurate content for various medical and pharmaceutical materials while adhering to regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Ensure all content complies with FDA regulations, PAAB standards, and other relevant guidelines.
- Edit and proofread high-quality medical copy for promotional and educational materials in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical, regulatory, and marketing to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience working at an agency or client-side (pharma or health-related company)
- Strong understanding of FDA compliance, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with Veeva and other content management systems.
- Excellent editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of various disease areas and therapeutic classes.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
