Analyze and resolve technical issues for the E-Tech client base by providing remote and onsite IT Support for end users
Manage E-Tech client asset management
Provide Business Continuity/Data Protection services including client environment backup/restore
Document processes and procedures in the E-Tech Knowledge baseBe a Permanent resident of Canada or Canadian Citizen or a person for whom refugee protection has been bestowed under the Immigration
Refugee and Protection Act, and be legally entitled to work in Canada
Be a resident of Ontario, Canada (we need someone who can travel to clients for position)
