Position Overview:
The Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Associate will play an integral role in ensuring efficient order processing and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring product quality, picking and packing orders, and providing prompt, professional assistance to customer inquiries. This position is key to maintaining a seamless experience for our customers, requiring a passion for the brand and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
- Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and generate shipping labels.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve any order issues, including returns, exchanges, and shipping problems.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in order fulfillment, retail, or customer service is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (experience with Shopify, Outlook, shipping platforms, or similar platforms is a bonus).
**this position starts at a 3 month contract with the potential for extension.
