As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets. This role involves a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on selling. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them navigate solutions that meet their needs while promoting company products or services.

OBJECTIVES
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts and new markets to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Consultative Selling: Understand clients' business challenges and offer tailored solutions that drive value and ROI.
Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and manage the sales process from prospecting to closure.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, support) to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of solutions.
Forecasting: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely reports on sales forecasts, key activities, and market intelligence.
Client Retention: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and consistent value delivery.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging market opportunities.
COMPETENCIES
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Activecampaign, zoho) and sales analytics tools.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- University Degree is preferred
- At least 1-2 years’ work experience in a sales specific role with a training, organizational development or content development focus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
