Temporary Receptionist needed in Vancouver! $20/hour, full time!
Agilus is recruiting for a
Receptionist in the
services space in
Vancouver, British Columbia.
We're currently working with one of our clients who is in need of some temporary coverage of their front desk. Perfect person for this role is a quick learner, looking for a fun positive environment, and experienced with shipping/receiving.
Responsibilities
- Answering the phones
- Helping with the office shipping/receiving (coordinating with couriers)
- Ensuring the office supplies are stocked
- Ensuring the office is organized and clean
- Printing documents for the team
- Submitting maintenance requests into the portal
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience as an Administrator or Receptionist
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication skills
- Office shipping/receiving experience
Total Rewards
- $20.00 hourly
- Weekly payroll
- Duration: Last week of October to middle of November
- Monday to Friday, full time in-office
