We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B or industrial sales experience.
- Experience in cabinetry (kitchen, bath, closets) or related industries
- Generate leads and secure new customer accounts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record in B2B sales and customer service
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals
- Experience in business development and marketing
- Identify and engage with target customer profiles, aiming to achieve a minimum of $1.5 million in annual revenue
- Generate and analyze sales and prospect reports
- Document all customer interactions (calls, emails)
- Develop quarterly sales plans
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 (depending on industry experience).
- Commission: 3% on new account sales, with a minimum sales target of $1.5 million in annual revenue.
- Commission is paid quarterly based on orders paid in full.
