This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at A1 Global College of Health, Business & Technology - Scarborough located in Scarborough, ON. The role involves performing administrative tasks, managing phone communications, providing executive administrative assistance, and utilizing clerical skills. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field ( preferred)
