Bilingual Administrative Assistant
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented administrative professional? We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team in Mississauga. This in-office role reports directly to the President and involves a variety of essential administrative duties to support the organization.
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 + Benefits
Location - Mississauga - In-Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming calls and record customer service interactions.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail distribution and processing.
- Maintain office supplies and phone systems.
- Coordinate meetings and arrange travel plans.
- Collaborate with team members at all levels and assist with company events.
- Collect and enter data while maintaining electronic files.
- Assist in preparing presentations and performing other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fully bilingual in English and French.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Exceptional Admin & Customer Service skills with a friendly, professional approach
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and demonstrated organizational skills.
- Superior critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
