Robert Half are seeking a Property Administrator. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a customer service approach, is proactive and solution orientated. As the Property Administrator you will work as part of a large team and be a enjoy collaborating with the team. This is an in office role with one day a week to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of property management processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tenant Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Facilitate lease agreements and renewals.
- Property Maintenance:
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests.
- Schedule and oversee routine property inspections.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure quality service delivery.
- Administrative Support:
- Maintain organized property files and records.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Assist in the development of property management policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer service role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and legal regulations.
