As Consultant, Screening Centre of Excellence, EAML you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Screening Centre of Excellence, List Management (LM) pillar, and predominantly supporting the day-to-day Sanctions and PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) Screening List Management and Processes. The Consultant will be responsible for the recommendation and creation of exception records and rules designed to reduce false positive hits, the maintenance of internal trackers for metrics and reporting, creating new, or updating current, procedures, job aids, and guidelines related to the LM pillar. You will also work closely with our EAML Technology Partners on various intakes and/or initiatives and collaborate on ensuring appropriate screening is being conducted. The Consultant will demonstrate strong knowledge of the legislations and regulatory requirements of sanctions and PEP screening. Being the subject matter expert on the sanctions / PEP screening process and having the hands-on experience on working with the screening solutions and applications, the incumbent will be required to assess current business processes to identify improvements and efficiencies. Additionally, you are versed in preparing various workflow/process flows and presentation decks. The Consultant would also be responsible for hosting meetings with various stakeholders, business partners, including various levels of leadership, and are comfortable presenting and explaining complex ideas and answering questions to such to various audiences.

- Risk management focus – Proactively identify risks and mitigating strategies as well as contributing the continuous effort to strengthen the department’s internal controls and governance processes.
Who You Are
- You have strong knowledge of Sanctions and PEP Screening. You can demonstrate strong knowledge on the legislation and regulatory requirements on sanctions and PEP screening. You also have experience using various Fircosoft products such as Firco Continuity, FFF Classic and FMM.
