Reporting to the Director, the incumbent will work closely with customers to introduce new products/concepts to the market. He will act as an account specialist and will be the internal link between operations, internal and external contacts as well as support the Director in their role.

Key activities
- Make cold calls to customers (tiers 2-3) to acquire new sales.
- Participate in different trade shows.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure success of our different launches (purchasing, logistics, R&D, production).
- Update forecasts and ensure ingredient availability.
- Manage customer samples and follow-ups.
- Follow product launch evolution and ensure they are successful.
Required Training And Experience
- English speaking, French (an asset).
- Office suite knowledge: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, BPCS.
- Experience in CPG or Canadian retail.
- Experience in the food industry (an asset).
