Customer Service Representative for Pet Lovers!
Join a passionate team dedicated to improving the lives of pets and their owners! We're looking for friendly and motivated individuals to deliver world-class customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Passionate pet owner or lover with a genuine interest in helping pet owners.
- Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Upbeat demeanor with a strong customer service focus.
- Flexible availability between 6:00 AM - 2:00 AM, including evenings and weekends.
- 1+ year in customer service; must type at least 40 Words per minute.
- Problem-solver with high empathy and compassion.
- Tech-savvy and able to multitask efficiently.
- Must be 18+ with a secondary school education; background check required.
Technical Must Have's:
- Minimum 19-inch monitor or laptop with a secondary monitor.
- Noise-canceling headset, webcam, and hard-wired internet connection (no Chromebooks).
- Comfort using monitoring software.
What You Will Do:
- Build positive customer relationships through inbound/outbound communications.
- Provide top-notch service via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage escalations with empathy and tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with your team to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
- Work from home in a quiet environment with your own equipment.
