Description
- The Multimedia Fulfillment Rep will be working with dedicated Sales teams, with Campaign or Account Managers, and the production team and act as a communication liaison between our client and the end client.
- Sales teams will provide customer files, agents will collect information and content for the client's website. They are held to publication deadlines.
- The MFR team works with clients post-sales from beginning to end of the website creation process, so a background in digital marketing/website creation is important.
- The CSR needs to manage client expectations throughout the consultation process.
- Agents will work with 25-35 project files simultaneously, spending 3-4 hours per day on the phone with clients, then getting back to 25 - 30 emails daily.
- Must be able to manage their schedule and timelines.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience/knowledge with SEO, SEM, Website creation, etc.
- Bilingual in French
