Your Role
Reporting to the Business Development Manager, as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your role would involve managing and supporting the sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and enhance our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Assist in identifying and generating new business leads through various channels. Support sales teams in client interactions, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and providing follow-up communication. Help prepare and coordinate proposals, bids, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Implement marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services, including digital marketing, print media, and event marketing. Develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, case studies, and website content. Manage the company’s social media profiles, create content, and engage with the audience to build brand awareness.
- Market Research: Conduct research on competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. Gather and analyze feedback from clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company participation in industry events, including booth setup, promotional materials, and follow-up activities. Coordinate client-focused events such as seminars, workshops, or networking functions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing activities, using metrics such as lead conversion rates and campaign ROI. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and project management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication. Provide administrative support for ongoing marketing and sales projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the construction industry.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
- Basic skills in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for creating marketing materials.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to analyze sales and marketing data to derive insights and make informed decisions.
