Junior administrative assistant
We are looking for a a recent graduate to join our team!
We are a growing dairy-free cheese and dip maker in Canada! We make nutritious, tasty food from veggies and cashew nuts that can be found in grocery stores across Canada and the USA. We're rapidly scaling our growth and need you to help keep things organized.

We have a good framework but need your organizational skills and on point attention to detail make sure things keep running smoothly around here.
Your mission: To be a great communicator and the reminder guru that keeps the office and our teams running smoothly so that all teams can stay focused on driving the company goals forward.
What the job entails:
- Master of all inbound messaging: managing meeting schedules, customer emails and liaison with the bookkeepers
- Experience with digital file management
- Onboarding new team member packages and getting them setup with all paperwork finalized.
- Being obsessed with organization and digital decluttering.
- Organizing paper files and digital files and folder structures on Google Cloud
- Keeping office supplies stocked and food/coffee is always accessible.
- Being proud of your work.
- Handle appointments, deadlines, and important dates in your sleep!
- Giving supreme level hospitality to any of our guests.
- Organize office-related events, such as birthdays, office team bonding and activities, lunches
- communicating and booking external service providers
- Assist every department in administrative tasks and purchases.
Qualifications:
- Collage diploma or proven administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Aptitude for learning new software and systems.
The best office managers tackle projects logically and are expert multi-taskers who can triage requests as they come in order of deemed importance.

Pay: $20.50-$22.60 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
