Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a non-profit Company based in Downtown Vancouver, BC. We are seeking an Administrative assistant to join their team for a 3-month contract. This position is full time hours, and fully in office Monday-Friday.
Your new role:
You will be working full-time, Monday-Friday in office in downtown Vancovuer. You will be responsible for the following:
- Attending Executive meetings & taking Minutes
- Assisting the Executive Team to prepare for the meetings – distribute agendas, send emails and calendar invitations as needed.
- Assist with meeting preparations – book meeting room, order catering and Elder invitations.
- Workshop planning – booking meeting rooms (on-site or off-site), ordering catering, print & organize hand-outs
What you need to succeed:
- 2+ years in a similar administrative role
- ability to work with high-level exectutive teams
- Good technical abilities – MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and emails.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Zoom and Teams knowledge.
- Ability to operate and assist during meetings – sharing calendars, Word / Excel documents and PPT.
