What it’s like to be a Northbridge Claims Adjuster, Property
As a Claims Adjuster you will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind. Our Property Adjusters providing efficient and prompt investigation on Personal Lines damages, including theft, disappearance on jewelry, wind claims and even potential exposure to CAT claims. Along with Claims handling, they will be heavily involved with subrogation files and assist our Leaders with ad-hoc projects that arise.

If you are great at:
- Thoroughly investigating & evaluating complex situations
- Managing stressful calls and clearly deliver decisions on claims
- Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule
- Providing a great Customer experience
And you have:
- Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
- Working towards the CIP designation an asset
- A minimum of 3 year of Property Claims Adjusting or related experience
- Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
