Job Title: Clinic Administrative Assistant

Position Overview:
Motion Pro Health is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our patients, the ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth clinic operations by managing appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining patient records. This role will also involve supporting clinic expansion efforts, contributing to marketing initiatives, and implementing strategies that promote clinic growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently.
- Submit reports, letters, and other clinic correspondence.
- Interview patients to complete forms, claims, and insurance submissions.
- Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update confidential medical files in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and manage billing, financial statements, and invoices.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
- Support the clinic’s expansion efforts by coordinating activities related to new locations.
- Contribute to the promotion of clinic services through marketing and outreach strategies.
- Assist with implementing and monitoring strategies to support clinic growth and patient retention.
Qualifications:
- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Degree or diploma in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software, electronic medical records (EMR) systems, and office tools like Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
