We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and highly motivated Gen Z marketer to lead our TikTok and Instagram content creation. If you have a knack for creating compelling content that resonates with a young audience, have experience in affiliate marketing, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Lead the creation of engaging, on-trend TikTok and Instagram content that highlights RYSE products, with a focus on creating UGC (user-generated content). This includes videos featuring yourself, demonstrating RYSE products, and connecting with the audience in an authentic way.
- TikTok Live Hosting: Be the face of RYSE on TikTok Live, hosting sessions that excite, inform, and convert viewers into customers. Answer questions, engage with followers, and build a sense of community around the brand.
- Content Ideation: Develop creative hooks and content ideas that appeal to Gen Z and young millennial audiences. Stay on top of trends to make sure our content stays fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Affiliate Marketing Support: Collaborate with the affiliate marketing team to develop content that supports affiliate campaigns, driving product awareness and sales.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster relationships and drive brand loyalty.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of content and campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimization and improvement based on key metrics and audience insights.
Key Qualifications:
- Social Media Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram, with a focus on content that resonates with Gen Z audiences. Experience in creating engaging UGC content is a must.
- Creative Storytelling: Excellent creativity and storytelling skills. Ability to come up with content ideas that are fun, engaging, and that get people excited about RYSE.
- On-Camera Presence: Comfortable and confident being on camera, with a relatable and engaging personality.
- Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of affiliate marketing and how content can be used to drive affiliate engagement and conversions.
- Trend Awareness: Up-to-date with social media trends, viral content, and emerging platforms that are popular with Gen Z.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze social media performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize content.
- Passion for Smart Home Tech: Interest in smart home products and technology, with a desire to educate others on their benefits.
