- Program Administration
- Management of program event calendar, SharePoint site, Viva Engage, community engagement,
- Registration and onboarding of users,
- Data extracts and basic manipulation and reporting,
- Drafting and sending communications
- Collateral Management (creating and maintaining pitch-decks, one-page guides, support materials, etc.)
- Broader work and accountabilities may be assigned as needed
Project Coordinator - Future of Work – Mandatory Skills
- Excellent verbal, written skills
- Excellent organizational, prioritization skills
- 2+ years of related experience in an education or business setting (ex: administration, project management, customer service)
- Effective use of PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
- Intermediate collaboration, influence, and relationship management skills
- Ability to balance and execute on a wide range of challenges that are independent and distinct
- Ability to solve problems, manage sensitive/confidential matters, and identify/assess risks and controls with sound judgement
- Flexibility, resilience, resourcefulness, and confidence in acting independently and decisively in the face of ambiguity
- Passion for delivering exception employee experiences
