Position: Corporate Receptionist
Location: Downtown Toronto (On-Site)

Our client, a professional services firm in downtown Toronto, is seeking a
Corporate Receptionist to join their team permanently. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
- This position requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a front desk role and/or in a corporate environment.**
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, take messages as needed.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception areas
Requirements
- At least 1 year of receptionist experience in a front desk/receptionist or corporate setting is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor.
