As the Administrative Assistant you will provide a full range of support services to the claims department. You will contribute to our client service culture by implementing innovative, client-centric solutions.
How You Will Create Impact
- Offering a wide range of support services, including database administration, word processing, claim file set up and coordination of meetings.
- Managing incoming mail and faxes and ensuring documents are uploaded appropriately into the claims database.
- Providing exceptional client service in accordance with our claims service and quality standards, with the view of enabling the organization to be the industry leader in client engagement.

- You have one year of relevant experience or equivalent training.
What You Need To Know
- Frequent movement, moderate exertion and the ability to lift or move up to 10 lbs is required.
- Extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required during peak periods and major events.
