We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, organized, and analytical Sales and Fulfillment Coordinator. The ideal candidate will possess very strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills along with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle online orders in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
- Track orders via delivery software to ensure orders are delivered on time
- Monitor inventory levels and alert of any stock discrepancies to management
- Answer enquiries and provide basic technical support to online customers via email and phone and troubleshoot any problems
- Assist online customers with exchange and return
- Inspect restocking products for damage and defects to ensure products match our quality assurance and stored properly
- Post customers’ payment, create journal entities
- Provide sales support coverage
- Provide shipping and receiving coverage
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- Strong communication skills
- Customer Service and Administrative experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook).
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from customers and suppliers.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to problem solve as issues arise.
- Self-starter
- Strong at multi-tasking
- Post-secondary education preferred
