We are looking for mature, positive, resourceful career minded professional with at least 15 years work related experience for our Danforth at Broadview and/or Bloor West Village locations.

Your background may be as a Sales Associate, Assistant Manager or Manager in an environment where Sales and customer service have been the key ingredients behind your success.
Alternatively, your background may be in hospitality where you are currently a Manager directing your team to deliver maximum customer satisfaction or you may be a nurse or in a health related field where your focus is 100% on client / patient satisfaction.
The bottom line is that you are a professional where success depends on understanding customer needs, dispensing effective service and delivering total customer satisfaction. You have a demonstrable track record in customer service, sales, marketing and you genuinely care for people.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Striking conversations with total strangers
· Assess customer needs
· Present the products and solutions that meets these needs, explain the features and benefits in a timely fashion
· Close the sale
· Lead by example, assist your colleagues
· Ordering, organizing, inventory management, merchandising, marketing
LOCATION:
5 days/week at Danforth (Broadview Subway Station) and/or at Bloor West Village (Runnymede and Jane Subway station) Locations. Also looking for part time worker who could do 1-5 days/week based on seasonality.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Positive, Self Driven, Resourceful individual who genuinely cares about their work, with flawless work ethic
· Ideally you will also have a minimum of 15 years of work experience in a sales oriented retail environment (clothing, shoes, etc.).
· Alternatively, a minimum of 15 years as a Server or Assistant Manager in hospitality or 15 years in a client or patient facing role in a health related field
· Excellent English communication skills.
· A resourceful team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
· A genuine passion for customer service and sales
· You have a healthy lifestyle
· Strong organizational skills, quick learner & good with new technologies
· A degree in Kinesiology, Nursing, Chiropody or Pedorthics is an asset
