As a
Product Owner at Bond, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of our product lines. As a pivotal member of our team, you will champion collaboration between stakeholders and Developers to prioritize features, refine requirements, and ensure our products exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and agile methodologies will drive the success of our product lines.

As a Product Owner you will: Product Development and Delivery: - Lead the development and delivery of product lines from concept to release, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to define user stories, prioritize features, and establish achievable sprint goals.
- Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, providing clarity on requirements and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
Voice of the Customer: - Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for their needs and preferences throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, user interviews, and feedback sessions to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Translate customer feedback and insights into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
Collaborative Work: - Foster a collaborative work environment by facilitating communication and alignment between stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams.
- Organize and facilitate regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospective meetings to ensure effective coordination and continuous improvement.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration to maximize team productivity and innovation.
Backlog Management: - Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most valuable and urgent features and enhancements.
- Define clear acceptance criteria and user stories, guiding development teams in understanding and delivering on requirements.
- Continuously refine and reprioritize the backlog based on evolving business needs, customer feedback, and market dynamics.
Stakeholder Engagement: - Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, gather feedback, and communicate product plans and progress.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts or discrepancies in requirements through effective communication and negotiation.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, milestones, and risks, fostering transparency and trust.
As our Product Owner you have: - Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software development, with a focus on product line management.
- Strong familiarity with .NET development frameworks and methodologies.
- Expertise in Azure Cloud technologies, including but not limited to Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure App Services.
- Experience with API-first development and integrating APIs into applications.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, scrum framework, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
- Experience in backlog management, user story writing, and defining acceptance criteria.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Management is a plus.
