AEG is a Canada wide staffing agency with clients a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, aviation, sanitation, and construction. AEG is currently looking for an Office Administrator for our internal team. This role will be on-site based out of our Etobicoke office.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative organization of new franchise locations
- Assisting with booking shipments with transport companies
- Assist with travel organization
- Handling incoming calls and emails from both internal staff and clients
- Filing and recording information
- Perform general office duties and errands
- Assist in coordinating office events
- Maintaining supplies for both office and sites
- Any other tasks assigned by the Office Manager
Requirements:
- College diploma or university degree
- Previous experience in an office administrator position
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- Great multitasking skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Office
- Ability to work independently
- Available to work flexible hours depending on the needs of the business
Pay for this role will be between $20-$23 per hour.
