HR Administrator required for a large Real Estate Developer in Vancouver. $50,000 - $65,000

Your new role
Assisting in recruitment such as posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, setting up interviews, completing references and more. General administrative support to the HR team, such as managing inboxes and scheduling meetings. Onboarding candidates and enroling new employees into the benefits and RRSP programs, customer service, help with bi-weekly payroll, support offboarding and much more.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in HR management and with a minimum of 1 year's experience. If you are pursuing your CPHR or hoping to do so, this is an asset along with experience in a HRIS system, ideally BambooHR. Good knowledge of HR principles such as the employment standards act, human rights and work safe legislation are also required.
