Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing and Sales (Highrise and Low rise)
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member at State Building Group and will be responsible for assisting with product development and execution of high rise and low-rise residential marketing and sales, this role is integral to guide product development and the sales launch process.
The successful candidate will be expected to take a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to ensure the success of all marketing and sales activities The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and interpersonal skills. They will assist in improving systems, maximizing value, and developing efficiencies.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies portfolio wide including, product development/ design, marketing initiatives, public relations, events, and pricing
- Manage marketing and sales for all projects from end to end, participate in strategizing from product development, through launch and after sales
- Ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand and messaging consistency across various audiences, both public-facing and internal
- Manage creation of marketing and branding strategies for upcoming projects that resonates with corporate branding and messaging
- Oversee creation of sales and marketing collateral and presentations leading to successful execution of sales strategy
- Be a part of product development for floorplans, amenity spaces all in response to market feedback and competitive analysis
- Main point of contact with external agencies to create and develop media plans, content and collateral for all projects
- Create and manage the marketing and sales budgets and timelines
- Tracking of new home trends in critical markets to better understand product types and pricing strategies
- Assist in managing Tarion/HCRA registration in accordance with the project/sales launch timelines
- Implement and continually review and improve marketing strategies to support projects on the go
- Assist in planning all launch related events with both the brokerage community and the public
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- University or College degree or equivalent in marketing or public relations field
- General knowledge of land and real estate development, home building or construction industry, or real estate marketing/sales an asset
- Knowledgeable with online media marketing principles and techniques;
- Comfort with basic data, metrics and analytics; proven ability to examine and interpret data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) InDesign or Illustrator
- An energetic, positive attitude with strong work ethic and professional maturity
- Creative with an ability to communicate ideas effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to manage simultaneous projects to multiple deadlines and a high degree of organization and time management skills is essential, strong drive for accuracy and flawless execution
- Ability to be proactive and anticipate job requirements; takes ownership of tasks and consistent follow through
- 2+ years of experience in Marketing
- experience within a real estate development corporation, an asset
- Valid Driver License and access to a vehicle is a requirement
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
