Job Purpose
:The Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator will manage global payroll processing for British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, New York, Florida, Texas, Illinois and Arizona. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Administrator will also support the Accounts Payable function and serve as a backup for the Office Coordinator

- s.Maintain the company-wide payroll calendar and communicate deadlines with stakeholder
- s.Investigate and correct payroll discrepancies and error
- s.Complete request for pay-related documents, including statements and verification
- s.Manage and maintain all payroll record
- s.Complete year-end payroll processing for Canada and U
- S.Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and state regulations and guideline

Qualifications and Exper
