JLL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented marketing professional to develop and execute marketing strategies for JLL Canada Capital Markets. Working closely with Capital Markets & Marketing leadership, this role will drive objective-driven programs, enhance the JLL brand, support sales efforts, and optimize marketing communications efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, has excellent attention to detail, and can manage multiple projects effectively.
This role is on-site in the JLL Corporate office and works 10 am – 6 pm EST.
What You Will Do
- Prepare content and execute marketing tactics including brochure development email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail, ad campaigns, signage, and events;
- Develop brochures, presentations, proposals, RFP responses, and other business development materials for the Capital Markets teams across Canada
- Manage multiple projects and workflow for assigned marketing tactics.
- Coordinate with internal/external design teams and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ensure property marketing materials are up to date and organized on JLL platforms.
- Develop and execute customer-centric marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create innovative marketing programs targeting key client segments using various mediums.
- Develop compelling content for digital campaigns, brochures, direct mail, and special projects.
- Plan and execute business line events and identify opportunities for Capital Markets leadership profiling.
- Conceptualize and execute property marketing initiatives for presentations, proposals, brochures, etc.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive suite of collateral including statistics, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with other business lines regionally and nationally to ensure workflow management.
- Utilize Eloqua and CapForce for client email campaigns, brand awareness, and property marketing.
- Monitor performance metrics to improve future strategy and tactics.
- Act as a brand steward on marketing and sales collateral.
- Oversee photography and videography support for properties.
- Update contact/distribution lists regularly.
- Maintain a portfolio of marketing deliverables to share best practices.
- Maintain required competencies around all required software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Eloqua, CapForce and others as required
What You Bring
Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Design (or related discipline) or commensurate experience preferred Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred; experience in the commercial real estate industry is an assetAdobe InDesign proficiency required Adaptability; ability to maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with various types of people Strong organizational and time management; ability to multi-task and work on a variety of different projects/tasks concurrentlyIs a self-starter; able to start and complete projects independently with a sense of urgency; proactive & develops the ability to anticipate needs of the businessExcellent written and oral communications; conveys ideas clearly and concisely, strong presentation skillsImpeccable attention to detail; completes projects and tasks with thoroughness at each step Discreet; ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise professionalism, and utilize judgement Role may require occasional on-call activity outside of office hours; travel required:
