About The SDR Position
- Build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Drive business through outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Continuously test and improve the go-to-market messaging and targeting.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and track prospect interactions.
- Participate in special projects: establishing the foundation for the outbound function and undertaking new initiatives to prepare for career advancement.
Requirements
- We are seeking both junior candidates and those with over 3 months of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
- You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- You are a self-starter who is proactive, motivated, and eager to take on new challenges.
- Experience with cold calling, conducting email outreach, using a CRM, or performing in a metric-driven environment is considered an advantage.
