Position: Facilities Coordinator (Bilingual English and French is an asset)
Location: Downtown Toronto – 5 days in office
Job Type: 6-month temporary contract
Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for this growing Toronto engineering firm, the role of Facilities Coordinator is primarily responsible for junior functions including:
- Switchboard/ Receptionist duties
- Run and Empty dishwashers
- Order catering for meetings and events
- Manage catering orders, invoicing, and spreadsheets
- Keep all meeting rooms in a clean and orderly state
- Restock all meeting rooms
- Order supplies
- Assist with meeting room set-ups
- Assist facilities team with various tasks
Requirements
- MS Office – advanced skills
- 1 year of office administrative experience
