We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our growing team at HELM (www.helm.ceo)! You'll BE working with our client in the E-commerce Marketing Industry in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively explore and experiment with new sales techniques and approaches to discover the most effective approaches
- Research, identify, and contact potential clients through different channels
- Create and manage leads throughout the sales pipeline
- Schedule discovery calls between potential clients and account executives
- Provide support to create and pitch proposals
- Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals
Requirements:
- Proven 2+ years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- E-commerce/Marketing Agency experience is a plus!
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Location: Remote (contractor basis)
Weekly Hours: 15 - 20 hours/week, with a potential to expand, ‘within 9AM - 5PM MST’
Pay Range: USD $15 - $18
As you demonstrate that you're able to generate viable sales leads (i.e., leads that convert), a commission formula will be devised. We're eager to share in the upside!
