Vancouver, British Columbia.
Our client, located in downtown Vancouver, is looking for a detail oriented bright spark to join their team as an HR Administrator. This f/t permanent role will work closely with the HR Coordinator to strengthen their busy, professional, corporate team!
A Typical Day
- Assist in the recruitment & selection process
- Administrative support to the HR team
- First point of contact for internal enquiries regarding policies & procedures
- Provide high level of customer service to internal clients
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Maintain employee files
The Successful Candidate Brings
- A positive, bright, energetic personality
- Professionalism for a corporate setting
- Administrative experience along with solid software skills
- HR experience or is a recent graduate of an HR program
- Experience working with private & confidential information
- A "go-getter", "can do" attitude and willingness to learn
