Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IMG Office Assistant at Toronto Pain Clinic located in Scarborough, ON. The IMG Office Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as phone etiquette, providing administrative assistance, managing communication, operating office equipment, and utilizing clerical skills.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and clerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset
- 18 Dollars per hour for training 2 to 3 days per week after 6 months 20 Dollars per hour
