Position Overview
We are seeking a tech-savvy and passionate Digital and Marketing Operations Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in developing and sustaining the company's digital footprint, coordinating our presence at key industry events, and rolling out targeted marketing campaigns as the company enjoy global growth. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to amplify our brand and drive business growth. Therefore, this position requires a blend of creativity analytical skills, with strong attention to details to drive projects efficiently.
What You Will Be Doing
Digital Marketing
- Develop and maintain a robust digital presence across various platforms, including the company website, social media, and other relevant channels.
- Create and implement content strategies that enhance the company's global share of voice, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and continuously optimize digital content for increased engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Events
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams regarding the company’s participation in key industry events, ensuring strong presence and visibility.
- Coordinate all event-related logistics, including booth setup, collateral preparation, and staff coordination.
- Work with event organizers to maximize brand exposure and develop strategic partnerships.
- Conduct ROI analysis post-event to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Campaign Management
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support company growth initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept development to implementation and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
What You Wil Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, event management, or campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and best practices (e.g., social media, SEO, content marketing).
- Experience in coordinating events, with a focus on maximizing ROI.
- Proven ability to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
