Hybrid: 3x per week in Etobicoke
Hourly Pay: $19-23/hr + benefits
Must Haves:
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- HR education background or work experience
- Passionate about learning
- Can be a new graduate with no working experience
Day-to-day:
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues.
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for customer support.
- Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
