Position Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: Director, Inside Sales & Revenue
Department: Inside Sales
Status: Hybrid
Salary: $55,000 + Monthly Incentive Plan
The Role
Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales & Revenue, the Sales Executive is responsible for handling reservations and sales leads from various online channels, corporate accounts, and phone inquiries from prospective and repeat clients and guests. Additionally, the Sales Executive will conduct in-person tours of our suites throughout the GTA to potential clients and guests. Working in conjunction with other members of the Sales and Marketing team, the Sales Executive will also assist in generating business from new and current corporate accounts.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Selling the DelSuites experience to prospective clients & guests in person and over phone/email
· Managing reservations and sales leads from start to finish via direct and third-party channels
· Conducting in-person tours of our suites to potential clients throughout the GTA
· Servicing high-volume corporate accounts and generating new business opportunities
· Working with other departments and functions to enhance the guest experience
· Handling multiple inboxes and using various software programs (PMS and CRM)
· Performing various administrative tasks related to the reservations and sales processes
Who You Are
· A customer-focused professional with a passion for building long-lasting client relationships
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reservations, front office, and/or sales environment
· A proven track record in lead conversion and providing excellent customer service
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· An innovative, energetic, and positive attitude
· Experience conducting sales presentations both in-person and over the phone/virtually
· A strong ability to work in teams and collaborate with colleagues in various areas of the business
· The desire to successfully place a variety of clients in furnished homes across the GTA
· A reliable vehicle and willing to travel to all DelSuites properties throughout the GTA
