Working with the Marketing team, you will implement digital strategies to achieve corporate goals. You will be responsible for digital content creation, management, analysis, and reporting efforts to increase brand awareness and engagement. This includes being in charge of growing and managing all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok. As our Marketing Coordinator, you will work with our teams across North America to support Paladin Security, PalAmerican Security, Paladin Risk Solutions, Paladin Airport Security Services, and Concord Parking on online platforms. Reporting to the Communications Manager, this role will implement digital marketing strategies to achieve corporate and departmental goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels, including responding to comments, updating profiles, and interacting with target accounts
- Schedule weekly social media content
- Execute organic and paid advertising campaigns, regular feed and story content, including videos, graphics, and content on social media
- Measure and report on the performance of social campaigns
- Identify trends and insights to optimize advertising spend and campaign performance
- Other social media tasks may include engaging with influencers, monitoring comments, responding to messages, scheduling posts, refreshing profiles, developing campaigns, and analyzing incoming data
- Manage review responses on Google, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Create and manage company newsletters
- Blog writing and maintenance
- Analytics and reporting
- Other duties and responsibilities as required
Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok, and strong knowledge of current trends and social media techniques
- Experience creating TikToks and reels is an asset
- Knowledge of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Later is considered an asset
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and spoken disciplines
- Comfortable and current with online marketing techniques and best practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Intermediate understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other creative tools
