We're working with our client located in North Vancouver who is actively looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join their team permanently. This is the perfect role for someone with event logistics experience, someone looking to work for a fun company, and someone with great organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Handling event logistics throughout North America
- Providing client customer service
- Travel booking
- Invoicing and shipping
- Coordinating with various departments
- Prepping for events and ordering supplies
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working on event logistics
- 2+ years of administrative experience
- Flexible schedule
- Able to get to North Vancouver daily
- A reliable individual looking for a long-term opportunity
What's In It For You
